Responsibilities:
•Define and implement an agreed sales plan by prospecting for potential new clients and turn
them into increased business.
• Deliver revenue against pre-defined targets and objectives.
• Develop and lead team to attain goals and execute sales plan within region.
• Meet potential key accounts by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Understand buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers.
• Build and maintain ongoing communications with the key resources, such as marketing, sales, management, product development, technical support etc. to ensure a transparent and coordinated approach as well pitches and proposals that speaks to the client’s needs and objectives.
• Provide a regular reporting to ensure other team members as well as operations and corporate support are fully informed of the latest actions and information.
• Travel on regular basis and with limited supervision.
• Establish and maintain professional business relationship with our targeted customers and partners.
• Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services.
• Attend relevant functions, such as association events, tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences and provide feedback and insights on market trends.
• Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and marketing channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification of venues) are fulfilled within committed time frame.
• Submit weekly progress reports.
• Track and record activity on accounts and use them for business development & marketing purpose.
