Production Manager

Job Description

• To reach goals and targets an individual must work closely together with Production Manager/supervisors and operators

• Must determines the technical support to maintenance team

• Under the specific area of responsibility, must be accountable for staffing, training, motivation and leadership

• Improves a team work environment; for performance must constructs departmental standards. Carry out that all employees in the Maintenance department are properly skilled

• Categorizes roadblocks to practices and procedures and delivers proper suggestions for improvement

• Supervises all ESD, equipment calibration and protective maintenance activities

• Forms and upholds procedures for maintaining equipment and preventive maintenance

• In implementation of operating procedures, recommendation and assistance required.

• Promotes continual improvement within the both department and the company.

• Must observes the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the Maintenance department

• Carry out that daily goals are met and sustained on daily/weekly/monthly basis

• Make sure that company policies and procedures are look over correctly

• Informs the Operations Manager when official policies or procedures may requisite to be revised to enhance work efficiency in the Department

• Meet the terms with ISO and company requirements

• Must encourages a safe work environment by ensuring that all employees in the Maintenance Department are following safety rules and regulations

• Must performs other duties as assigned with fully dedication
