•The candidate should be proficient and fluent in spoken english.•MUST have an amazing attitude with fellow agents and potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

•Sticking to the script while handling the calls.Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

Formal pre-employment training (paid) will be provided to the shortlisted candidates.
