About the job:

WADIC is looking for a Web Graphic Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphics elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Who is passionate about crafting unique graphics experiences including logo designs, visual identity systems, collateral, event signage, and websites.

Job Responsibilities:

· Creation, thematic development, and production of creative collateral for client accounts, including logos, event collateral, print design, and website design.

·  Production (text layout, graphic and diagram creation, proofing, print, and preparation) of Company sales proposals and print materials.

· Manage project workflow, including timelines and budget across internal departments and client accounts.

· Manage preferred vendor relationships (web development and programmers, print, and signage).

·  Plan and implement new designs

· Optimize existing user interface designs

·  Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

·  Design graphical user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

·  Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

·  Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

·   Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

·  Build page navigation buttons and search fields

·   Must embody the WADIC brand and culture, including character, change, credibility, and community.

Professional Qualifications/Skills:

·   Minimum 4 years of experience in Web Graphic Designing and must have Bachelor’s Degree

·  Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

·   Fluent in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

·  Portfolio of design projects

·  Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. InVision and Wireframe.cc)

·  Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

·  Good time-management skills

·  Ability to discuss and explain design options

·  Detail oriented

·  Creative thinker
