• About the job Growth hackers are often responsible for overseeing all technical components of marketing campaigns.
• Other jobs responsibilities may include collaborating with marketing and product personnel on promotional strategies and influencer marketing, overseeing an organization's website and automation systems, and evaluating website traffic and other data to better understand customer engagement and conversion rates.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Choosing which metrics/KPIs to focus on.
• Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs
• Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other contributors towards making the product user-centric
• Driving traffic to our website (etherize.io), landing pages, social media
• Working on a lean startup process
• Prioritizing and optimizing growth channels
• Scaling and Automating the growth processes Requirements
• Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth H acker for 4 years
• Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• High standards of excellence and attention to detail
• Being social and understanding users’ behavior
• Willing to learn
• Having a startup mindset
