Scope of Work

Perform analysis of mysql db queries.

• Provide suggestions for improving performance of application to database interaction, to include changes to query, application logic, stored procedures and database indexes.

• Suggestions to include changes to application code, queries, stored procedures, indexes, and database triggers with the aim of improving database performance and reducing load on database servers.

Do code review of queries for team to reduce performance hit risks

Required Skills:

• Strong SQL experience, MySQL - 6+ years

• MySQL database administration experience preferred 5+ years

• SQL Performance Tuning Experience 3+ years

• Data Mapping and Analysis - 3+ years

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on ensuring data integrity and performance

• Linux CLI
