Job Description
The candidate selected for this position will be required to execute and coordinate office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations and/or special events
Coordinate building and equipment maintenance requests
Maintain keys and key log for department
He/she will be tasked with organizing day-to-day operations of administrative services and raising purchase requests of required items at office
Further, the individual will be required to coordinate with the building management for the smooth processing of operations
Take care of office-space planning
Maintenance and renovations
Carry out inspection of various facilities
Supervise administrative support staff
