Admin Executive

Responsibilities

Zameen is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its 'Admin Associate' post. The candidate selected for this position will be required to execute and coordinate office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations, and/or special events. In addition, they will be responsible for coordinating building and equipment maintenance requests and maintaining keys and key logs for routine departmental functioning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the day-to-day operations of the company’s administrative services
  • Coordinating with the building management for smooth operations processing
  • Taking care of office-space planning, maintenance and renovations
  • Carrying out inspections at various facilities, supervising the administrative support staff, and dividing worker responsibilities to ensure optimal performance

Job Requirements:

The candidate must possess demonstrable experience in

  • Fleet management
  • Overseeing travelling arrangements
  • Coordinating with telecom company representatives for employee sim-issuance pursuits
  •  Location: Lahore
  • Education: Bachelor's – preferably in Business Administration
  • Experience: 1-3 years of field experience
