Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in tech/ I.T industry.
Education: Graduation from a reputable university or Foreign/ international degree
Job Role:
-Act as an HR Generalist and look after all the domains of HR; Recruitment & Selection, Compensation, Learning & development and Employee Engagement.
-Liaison with other departments of the company and management and analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
-Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
