JOB PURPOSE

Zeta Technologies creates unique and intuitive solutions which provide Mobile Network Operators with reliable control over their networks, resulting in increased profitability through the generation of revenues from A2P traffic, enhanced network security, a reduction in SS7, SMS fraud and spam and increased subscriber loyalty. Zeta Technologies is an associate member of the GSMA and a subsidiary of Trillian Group.

The Business Analyst will be required to work from the designated office in Pakistan or Telecoms Partner in Pakistan. The main role of the Business Analyst will be to monitor, manage and collect data in preparation for required analysis. The candidate will enjoy working in a highly dynamic, challenging yet rewarding environment.

The candidate will also benefit from company provided training. Such training could be either system specific as well as personal development training on technologies as required by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Following and assisting in creating business processes and developing optimisation strategies.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Collect data for analysis from system and/or directly from the designated data-sources.
• Generate the requested external and internal reports.
• Handle and analyse data in multiple languages.
• Configuration of systems and software through user interfaces.
• Documenting and communication of findings and results.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Carry out market research and collection of data.
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge / experience in SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Previous experience in a customer service centre environment.
• have a good command / proficient in spoken and written Urdu and English – any other language skills shall be considered an asset
• be able to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact especially with customers.
• Have a good command / proficient in spoken and written in any other language shall be considered an asset.
• have strong analytical, technical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• be computer literate with very good knowledge of MS applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Willing to learn new technologies and easily adapt to change.
• Knowledge of the telecommunication industry will be considered an asset.
• Be a customer centric team player with a “can do” attitude, and able to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Availability to travel for training purposes to offices in Malta or Singapore.
• A- Level Standard education or Degree will be considered as an asset.
