Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

  • Sales lead generation & data gathering is a key part which is to start from scratch to develop the market.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer development, sales lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Follow the route to capture each market segment
  • Identification of tier wise opportunity in the market – tapping each tier to generate sales leads
  • Relationship management and retention of customers
  • Follow route to market strategy and designated route
  • Drive sales through KPI’s management – build a performance-driven sales culture
  • Categorization of the potential customer, customer segmentation, and building relationships with every account
  • Credit management and risk minimization keeping in view potential of respective account
  • Effective utilization of sales tools for maximizing sales and achieving targets
  • Engaging himself to capture job market data/client information as a part of the sales process
  • Periodic market research and competition analysis
  • Ensure data integrity with respect to customer and market.
  • Delivery of monthly sales volume and KPI

Key Skills:

  • Must have on ground sales experience of twin cities market
  • Must have strong market relations
  • Must know how to use sales app in mobile device
  • Ability to develop and manage market network
  • Should have strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with the market

Candidate Specification:

  • The candidate should have a clear understanding of sales, customer development, market development, sales automation, KPI delivery.
