FINANCE:

Can reconcile on a monthly basis all debtors and creditors accounts, and dealing with all issues related to daily bank transactions. Able to make daily cash report, preparing cash certificate and reconciliation.

Sir/Madam, I am B.Com and MBA. I have experience in different field’s e.g from Clerical Jobs to Managerial Positions, from Middle level employee to the Decision Maker.
I have very good experience in the efficient operations of the office, its finance policies, office and project budgets. As a OIC for IT for 2 years I have also have some knowledge of ICT. I do have very broad experience of supply requisition (pre-UNICEF and in the UNICEF) according to the UN supply manual of policy and procedure. I have been working for supply requisition for 9.5 years and each year 8-10 SOs were drafted and got finalized by CO and monitored/follow-ups from the stage of requisition of supply & its logistics till it reaches till end user.
As I have more than 20 years of Operations (inclusive of Human Resource and Administrative experience) prior to the UNICEF and the same expertise I have practiced in the UNICEF projects of education (9.5 years) to support and facilitate the accomplishment of programmatic goals and objectives and operational requirements in UNICEF education projects. As a Chair Green Initiatives I was given task to point out the requirement for the renovation and maintenance of this office building as have good knowledge of office management can advise management and assist in establishing new offices. I have also conduction building surveys to get critical report for the building as per earthquake hazards.
As a most experience person in different categories I can understand very quickly finance, administrative functions and policies and procedure of the management for the support of provincial & country office. I can give solutions and if realize any deviation from the rules required and it is my genuine expertise that to propose the alternative solution while addressing the problem. As and when required I will contribute in all types of planning and policy changes/formulation on operational matters. Can guide the staff members regarding all the operational areas related to them and can implement effective communications, staff training, M&E for new initiatives.

I am expert and ensure you the tasks of basic offices services including space management, equipment, communications and security to enhance staff safety and productivity.
