I was promoted as Department Head Nonfood on Oct 2013 within a year from department head LHH and throughout as a nonfood department head I achieved the sales target and was getting all the 2 performance bonus. I was only one in the Pakistan who was looking after three departments. I was also nominated as a AGM (Assistant General manager) and one of 3 Heads who were nominated as a AGM throughout Pakistan.
I also managed to increase the turnover of the Textile Department which was the last performance department and due to which my grade ( 16 Grade ) was increased and was awarded car allowance and school fees of my 3 children
