My job there is timely preparation & submission of all statutory records with Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan and Pakistan Stock Exchange through PUCARS, preparation and printing of quarterly, half yearly and annual accounts and submitting them to the Commission, Exchange and shareholders, documentation of Board Meetings in form of Minutes and Resolutions, sending of Notices for Board Meetings to the stake holders.
Preparation of Financial Statements both for Management and Taxation purposes. Adherence of Tax deductions and with holdings.

Bilal Group of Companies is comprised of about 20 Private Limited Companies and AOPs engaged in Logistics & Transportation businesses, Fuel stations, Motor Vehicles Showrooms and Dealerships. They are further going to engage themselves in manufacturing of edible and perishable products and cold storage.
My job here was to check on daily basis financial activities of this group, to look upon financial positions of all businesses of this group. To comply with all statutory compliances like filing of sales tax & income tax returns and statements, to update the companies profile at SECP.

Denim Crafts was a new export entity (Their first export was made on 10th July 2011. I initially joined them on part time basis and my job was to record all the billings, inwards and payments. As they’re fresh entity so like Sana Safinaz I also designed and proposed their accounting and internal control systems. I implemented their adequate and proper discipline for documentations. After witnessing and experiencing benefits from the system I proposed and maintained they offered me to join with them on full time basis from January 2012. As I joined them on full time basis I initiated to enhance and improve their accounting and documentation systems. I was further assigned to deal with Banks and their customers. As I’ve similar experience with Chottani Industries earlier so I adopted the similar practices that I had earlier with them. I also maintain Sales Tax record right from their inception and also filed their Annual Income Tax Returns. Dealing with ITPs (Income Tax Practitioners) was also the part of my job.

SsangYong Engineering & Construction Company Limited (South Korea) is in joint venture with Usmani Associates (Pakistan) for the reconstruction of berths at Karachi Port Trust – East Wharf, I was appointed as Accounts Incharge by an outsourced Financial Consultant Feroz Aziz & Company (Chartered Accountants).
There I’d managed & controlled all financial and accounting operations on daily basis, evaluating on perpetual basis all transactions that by major effect financial statements of the entity.
Chottani Industries is among the leading industries that deals in the manufacturing and export of Garments, to US and European Countries, as I satisfied my immediate employer Feroz Aziz & Company (Chartered Accountants), so they out sourced me there parallel with SsangYong + Usmani Joint Venture, that I could more professionally groom up at a vertical manufacturing concern and to deal with more complex book keepings.
As above I’m also monitoring & controlling all financial aspects of this industry. Being a vital part of a manufacturing concern, here additionally I keep my attentions towards market trends that I could advice its management to take decisions to transact that may be cost efficient and profitable for the organization.Here I formulated costing manuals that give correct and accurate results of each and every business activity here. Same Costing Sheets & Manuals assist me develop Financial Statements with Cost of Production Reports (CPR).
Dealing with ITPs (Income Tax Practitioners) is also the part of my job, as I mentioned that I switched here in May 2009 and in February 2009 Chottani Industries switched itself from partnership concern (AOP) to sole proprietorship so I’d to deal with two sets of Financial Statements in a very short lag of time, but by the grace of Almighty Allah I successfully managed it.

Sana Safinaz is amongst the leading name in Fashion Designers in Pakistan, they manufacture numerous varieties of ladies fashion wears, and they’ve valuable market across the globe. Further they also deal in interior decor and have a furniture department as well. I was outsourced their by A. Qadir & Company, and the client wanted us to design and implement their internal & accounting control system that could bring some financial discipline in the entity. Earlier they were completely lacking with any sort of professional documentation and financial discipline. I initially proposed and designed a cost effective and adequate documentation and control system for them and implemented it after approval from my client and office. Later my job was to maintain the proposed system, identify and rectify the weaknesses for improvement.

Scan Group of Companies consist of three entities i.e. Scancom Trading & Shipping (Private) Limited, Scan Infotech (Private) Limited & C–3 (Private) Limited.
Scancom Trading & Shipping (Private) Limited deals with shipping business major operated from UAE, while Scan Infotech (Private) Limited was software based company, C–3 (Private) Limited based on out sourced business of call centre.
I’ve to maintain and furnish all transactions and had to furnish financial statements on monthly basis of each and every company. Correspondence with foreign principals and customers was also the part of my job.
