Lead team of 150+ people that included Unit Warehouse Managers, Shift Supervisors, Store Keepers, Dispatch Specialist, Drivers and Warehouse Men.
Managed Warehousing of over 300,000 Square Feet that includes plant warehouses and a centralized mega Warehouse.
Managed daily throughput of 3,000 CBM (Cubic Meter) or 4,000 MT (Metric Ton).
