other social media. Collect information from all telephone mobile calls of managing director. Take followup action on important
pending issues. Reminding managers executives of important tasks and deadlines. Inform the managing director about
upcoming events and take necessary action. Maintain confidential documents files and contracts. Contact the concerned
government. Conduct activities as per schedule of managing director regarding protocol service visa air ticket booking hotel
reservation. Coordinate with Board and other departmental managements as required.
