Summary
I am more than 09 years’ experienced in human development sector such as Livelihood Improvement, Youth Development, Poverty Reduction, Woman Empowerment, Public Health(Nutrition, WASH, MCHN, Mental Health) and Disaster Risk Reduction under development arena. I am experienced in managerial activities to organize advocacy for social mobilizing of mass people. I am experienced of working very closely with govt. officials such as District Administration, Police Department, Local Governments (DDLG, UP & Municipals), Health and Family Planning Department, Social Service Department, Youth Development, Woman and Child Affairs department of district and upazila level. I have served voluntarily as district youth program coordinator under Bangladesh Scouts. Next I served as Upazila and District Coordinator at CIPRB a research organization which worked in collaboration with UNICEF and MoHFW to complete a successful research on MDG 4 & 5 where I worked very closely with health service providing institutions of both Health & Family Planning department on regular basis activities. During my job I am to maintain liaison with GO, NGO, INGO, UN personnel. For two years I have worked as a District Manager of Community Empowerment Program at BRAC. This programme bears a vision to ensure basic rights to empower woman through proper utilization of local resources as well as local government’s facilities and linkage with other service providers and make the community stronger to fight against disaster. And I have supported to avail microfinance support to recover from natural and social discrimination and reduce barriers of development. Recently I have worked in CARE Bangladesh as Project Officer of Maternal and New-born Child Health Services, which aims to ensure effective coverage by strengthening local government and respective health department activities. I have also worked at Social Development Foundation (SDF) a govt. autonomous organization of ministry of finance which aims to improve livelihood of poor and ultra-poor by providing community financing support. As district officer I have played role to implement youth development through skills development and employment generation with making linkage among different service provider and stakeholders. I also worked at British Council as a Consultant of Platform`s for Dialogue (P4D) Project in partnership with Cabinet Division for strengthening policy tools mechanism in local government such as RTI, Citizen Charter, National Integrity Strategy, Grievance Redress System. The main theme of the project is to build capacity of mass people to influence govt. different policies towards social development as well as good governance by making platforms for dialogue and doing advocacy for social changes. Now I am working as the Training Capacity Building Officer at Intrahealth International which is US based organization working for developing of health workforces. On the other hand, I am a passionate member of Bangladesh Scouts. I have attended to various workshops and training programs in home & abroad. I have been working as a volunteer of Bangladesh Scouts and voluntarily playing the role of Assistant District Commissioner (Community Development & Health). I have been awarded by the honorable president of People`s Republic of Bangladesh for implementing youth program successfully under Bangladesh Scouts. I am also certified by Bangladesh Scouts as the National Trainer of Youth Mental Health Awareness Program. By this time, I am determined to develop myself and serve humanitarian activities professionally and voluntarily.

Capacity Building Officer - Intrahealth International

• Serve as the focal person in planning and implementation of capacity building activities of the project at district level.
• Promote coordinated planning for FP trainings of public training institutes at the district level to reduce gaps and duplication.
• Work with Master Trainers to plan, co-facilitate, monitor and evaluate competency-based trainings using the Competency Based Training Manual for Trainers.
• Provide technical assistance for reporting of training and use of the Training Management Information system.
• Provide targeted and tailored technical feedback and conduct trainer follow-up, using trainer performance tools including digital checklists, and mentor trainers and other stakeholders of public training institutes at the district level to implement evidence-based capacity-building approaches to improve the quality of FP training.
• Provide technical assistance to trainers to use evidence-based tools and FP training curricula that include In-service Training Standards, Gender, and adolescent and youth reproductive health (AYRH) topics and provide feedback to project’s technical managers on use of these tools.
• Participate in designing and implementation of different assessments, manuals, and other tools on Family Planning.
• Support and document learning’s/ best practices from the project’s implementation science and learning labs.
• Facilitate application of Optimizing Performance and Quality Tools and use of Training Management Improvement Framework and IST Standards for In-Service Training to identify and document management improvement gaps and plans to improve training management systems at training institutes.

•Work as a district focal person of P4D project and implement project activities under the guidance and supervision of the regional Coordination.

•Conduct training and workshop for Multi-Actor Partnership Group members and partner CSOs

• Ensure smooth implementation of the activities at the community level that are related to youth employment and nutrition sub-component;
• Assist and facilitate the cluster teams in activities relating to livelihood promotion of youth and employment;
• Ensure dissemination of information and materials to communities and field staffs on various skill training and employment opportunities and ensure timely dissemination of promotional materials to the communities;
• Plan and organize effective exposure visits for the youth as well as field staffs;

International Service Team member - World Scout Bureau
2011 - 2011
The 22nd World Scout Jamboree 2011 was held in Sweden. 39000 scouts from 156 countries attended. The International Service Team helped organizing and leading the activities for the participants (14-17 Years). In the Safety Department we worked in cooperation with Fire and Rescue, Medical Services, Risk Management and Emergency Control Centre (ECC). We worked alongside the Swedish Police.
Keep the jamboree site safe for all participants and visitors. Strolling Stewards handle matters of safety within the four different towns and at main events with focus on fire, first aid and personal security. Security stewards manage issues like accident, disorder and crime within the camp site.
