I have more than 5 year experience in Human Resources Department as a HR Professional in development sector and IT sector from 2012 to 2019.
I have good analytical, recruitment and employee development skills and hands-on experience on HR policies. I am much aware of the roles and responsibilities of a Human Resource Person, are supposed to carry out. I have thorough experience in staff appraisals, leave record, training and development and other HR activities and have a good command on MS Office.

Ensure that the lease agreements are renewed timely with consultation of the HRM Process the premises rent, insurance and payments timely to the finance department and to the concerned clients
Responsible for the proper archiving & filling of the national staff personal files, lease agreements, insurance and other correspondence for Islamabad and the documents received by the projects. Also keep update the electronic follow up sheets, lease agreements, insurance etc.
Compile and send monthly HR/Admin checklist to finance department every month after review of HR Manager
Prepare draft Memo after the collection of the official notification for any announced public holiday from the ministry of Interior - public office well in time
Supervision
Supervise the work of the domestic staff
Leave planning and evaluation of domestic staff
Update of Job Profile of the domestic staff when needed for approval
