Summary
• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems.
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.
• Perform room allocations.
• Perform room inspections.
• Management of lost property for the hotel.
• Manage storage areas.
• Maintain adequate stock level.
• Prepare of VIP rooms
• Inspect all occupied rooms as well as arrival
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducts assigned inspections of guest rooms and public spaces, including all VIP,S
• Ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety by conducting daily inspections of backspaces, storage and guest supply rooms.
• Provide courteous, professional service and maintain a good working relationship with your own colleagues and all other departments within the hotel.
• To liaise with the Laundry and Engineering Departments to ensure the smooth flow of linen supplies and repair work.
• Responsible for the inventory of Guest supplies, linen, and the ordering and replacement when necessary
and hygiene guidelines and OSHA standards
