• Supervise activity in mills and ensure UNWFP specifications and standards with regards to milling are strictly followed during production.
• Proficient in newly introduced LESS SPA- SCM (supply chain management) system.
• Forecasting the required stocks for quarterly based with pipeline department and made arrangement for procurement of required commodity.
• Supervise and ensure arrival of commodities and dispatches of products to users as per provided allocation plan, implementing the rule of FIFO.
• Performing receipt, dispatch and milling transactions in LESS.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators of all activities to ensure production maintain its quality.
• Prepare and disseminate all documents (Physical inventory, Waybills, Work order, plan orders, STO, TPO & PO) and generate other reports in LESS.

• Within delegated authority, the Logistics Assistant COMPAS will be responsible for the following duties:
• In accordance with established procedures, thoroughly check the information recorded and generate reports to analyse data to avoid any discrepancy in transactions which occurred on a daily bases.
• Ensure all activities have been recorded timely in LESS. (SAP-based ERP enterprise resource planning).
• Analyse data from WFPs information systems LESS, report any discrepancies or irregularities to the data manager.
• Send and receive data transmissions as requested to do so by the immediate supervisor.
• Produce reports for all dispatches and processed invoices for payment on a timely basis.
• Prepare reports as frequently and promptly as required.
• Maintain filing systems and archives for swift and easy retrieval of information.

• Working as Office In charge in the absence of supervisor on need bases.
• Under the overall supervision of line managers, develop an overall action plan and play an active leadership role to follow & implement WFP logistics SOP.
