Quantity Surveyor

An ideal candidate who meets all the below criteria would receive a remuneration package above the market rate

Should be an ambitious and dynamic Senior QS to manage the work of the QS team in Colombo

Should have at least 15 years of an experienced as a qualified QS

Should have a proven record of achieving 100% accuracy of the tender submissions, estimations and preparing BOQ at the pre contract stage

Degree in Quantity surveying and thorough knowledge on SMMS- Primarily SMM7.CESMM, Australian SMM ETC

Experience of working in a similar capacity in the UK and Australian markets would be preferred

Experience in managing teams and adapting to change with a friendly, outgoing and approachable demeanor

Excellent English Language skills
