HR cum Accounts Assistant – Colombo 3

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails

Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for the association.

Maintain records and files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.

Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.

Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.

Communicate effectively with members, vendors, and external stakeholders

Assist in drafting letters, memos, and other documents as required

Update and maintain databases related to membership, donors, and contacts.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in administrative support and basic accounting functions.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and fundraising processes is desirable
