Job Description:
• Assist with recruitment process to build a recruitment pool of potential hires.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Assisting with on-boarding tasks
• Support to Prepares payroll by calculating pay and maintaining payroll records.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executives
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
• A degree in Human Resource Management (Undergraduates are considered) or Professional qualification in Human Resources
• Proficient in MS office Applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Able to work with tight deadlines and be responsible for assigned work.
• Available to join us immediately.
• Preference will be given to those who are living in Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kadawatha areas.
• Not more than 25 years of age.
