Develop 3PL Upstream & Downstream Tracker monitoring to publish Dashboard.

Monitor & Track OWS & Other 3rd party system reports maintaining for dashboards.

Visualisations of Data to Management Interpret data, analyse results using statistical

techniques and provide ongoing reports.

E2E Year-end physical Stock count data base handling (Spot / YE)

Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion for entire

warehouse operation data base.

Monitor random inventory counts and conduct annual stock count at all warehouses,

Responsible to maintain 99.5% inventory accuracy.

Inventory value reporting confirmation with External auditors for Quarter & Year end

financials

Monitor uninterrupted material supply to all stakeholders on time which is very

critical on inventory accuracy to manage critical operation.

Identify format errors & cleansing activity related to SAP vs WMS reporting.

Monitor stock count data from RM’s & maintain Database to identify the stock

counting accuracy.

Maintain 3PL inventory management related data sheets.

Run SAP Transit reports & reports generating to minimize transit values worth Rs. 50-

100Mn weekly,

Generate CPOS & SAP reports to identify outlet issuance data.

Monitor RM visit reports data base & spot counting data base maintaining.

Generate SAP serials report to Identify inventory aging based on movement & GRN

reports3PL Partner Guidance & coordination between internal & external Stake

holders.

Channels requesting Inventory reports sharing under the pre-defined schedule &

assist stakeholders to read reports based on the requirement.

SAP/CPOS/BI/OWS/3PL partner WMS report generation and support activities to

monitor the KPI/SLA performance.

The Person

Degree in Warehouse Material & Logistics Management.

Minimum 5 Years working experience.

Good teamworking, managerial skills. logical reasoning, interpersonal skills.
