Site Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise multiple interior fit-out sites,

Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ensuring all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.

Prepare and manage site plans, ensuring efficient space utilization and allocation of resources.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively devise solutions.

Coordinate with the project management team, reporting updates and ensuring project milestones are met.

Conduct regular site visits, ensuring all work is up to standard and addressing any concerns or issues on the spot.

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the field of interior fit-outs.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

A proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.

Team player with strong leadership capabilities.
