Supply Chain Coordinator – Union Place

The Job

Responsible for sourcing via standardized procurement processes/methodologies, systems, and delivering results for the respective categories, strategy development and implementation, procurement organizational development and leadership, and delivery to support the company’: business strategies.

Responsible for direct and indirect savings and supplier development and performance for the respective categories.

Sourcing and procurement activities will be driven from a Group perspective to continue to maximize leverage and overall effectiveness of the supply market.

At operational level, to plan and strategize supply chain transformation through introduction of innovative supply chain models and execution to plan and execute Technology related procurements to achieve optimum cost savings, to plan and execute operational cost optimization programs which has direct impact to EBITDA, to identify and develop category strategy and to develop and rationalize supplier base for specific categories

Optimize supply chain efficiency through timely execution of Technology Capex BP (related to technology, special procurements/projects etc.) within calendar year in order to achieve business goals.

Drive and deliver optimal commercial solutions by understanding and leveraging end to end business factors to meet organizational objectives.

Working with user and process design groups to optimize in terms of efficiency and cost the supplier’s interactions and project responsibility matrices and other relevant contractual documents

The Person

Should hold a bachelor’s degree in Management and/or Professional Qualification in Finance

Should possess a good knowledge Business/Financial/Commercial Analysis, Negotiation, Benchmarking, Vendor Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, project management.
