Technical Officer

The Job

• Configuration & Integration of 2G & 4G Base Transceiver stations.

• Handle trouble tickets related to 2G & 4G Base Stations, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.

• Participate in network rollout activities, ensuring timely completion of new BTSs & Upgrades.

• Involve in adjusting parameters through Change Requests and monitoring KPI metrics.

• Coordinate with network operations center (NOC) or support teams for complex issues.

• Implement corrective measures to mitigate network downtime and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with other technical teams for seamless integration.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards.

The Person should have at least one qualification of following,

• Advanced Diploma

• Higher National Diploma
