Credit control officer

Responsibilties

Removing of road blocks and trouble shoot in speedy exertion of order filling.

Ensure that all orders are executed on time.

Work with external customers, internal sales and logistics teams.

Track credit limits and credit terms.

Follow up with sales teams and clearing of unclear balances.

Control customer order processing.

Verifying of customer creation forms.

Maintain DSO at reasonable line per KPI

Prepare collection target and achievement on monthly basis.

Promote a pro-active approach to H & S in line with the company ‘Target Zero’ objective.

Responsible to comply with all site SHE policies and procedures, to look after issues relating to the enviorment and to co-operate with management on SHE matters.

Promote pro-active approach to food safety and quality in line with the company objectves if no food safety incidents, customer satisfaction and right first time product quality.

Requirments

Diploma in Credit Mangement would be advantagous

ACCPAC or similar is preffered

Professional Qualification in CA or AAT

2 years’ experience in Credit Control Management

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Ability to gather and analyse information skills

Effective communication skills

Execellent negociation skills

Administrative and computer skills
