Job Accountability
Achieve and maintain the company prescribed recruitment 10-15 enrolments per month
Develop a team regionally to reach market visibility
Develop and train the team to reach the set objectives
Monitor and evaluate regional performance and understand the GAP to increase performance
Create positive influence towards regional recruitment team and ensure to reach the set objectives
Prepare & Submit Plan for adding new Customers
Visit schools, institutions, educational centers and other positive stakeholders to create positive influences about LSMU & LD
Build and maintain positive working relationship with customers, influencing channels and key decision makers
Regularly attend weekly meetings and monthly conferences
Conduct market research and update and maintain competitor activities , price, product benefits and market positions
Conduct seminars and events for positive stakeholders
Maintain the company ethics and compliance to ensure the operational standards based on Reputational risk, Market risk and Band visibility
