Software Business Analyst

Creating and delivering against a product roadmap

Take responsibility of Product Requirement Documentation

Drive discussions with product owner and customers to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios

Write test cases for user stories

Collaborate with UI/UX and QA engineers to define user experience and workflow

Working with development team on developing new features, tracking bugs and fixes and scheduling rollouts/deployments

Benchmarking the product against competitive offerings to drive continual incremental product improvements

Facilitate and support product backlog management

Partnering with sales and marketing teams on a collaborative go-to-market strategy

Other relevant duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience

A completed degree, masters in Sales or professional qualification or extensive domain experience

Proven over 5 years’ experience in similar capacity in SaaS/IT Industry.
