Job Responsibilities

• Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance functions
• Sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure
• Sound knowledge about trade license, chambers, Registrar of Joint Stock, Board of Investment, DGDP and other permits renewals.
• Overlook vehicle registration procedures
• Maintain liaison with import relevant field such as Government officer, customs, VAT, CCI&E etc.
• Shipment schedule follow-up with freight forwarder
• Must have adequate knowledge about import trading, communication and documentation.
• Keep close liaison with foreign Principals and local vendors
• Prepare accounts independently along with checking of bills and preparation of vouchers
• Maintain all ledgers, bank reconciliation etc in Tally software
• Manage all Vat and Tax related documents
• Cost analysis and implement cost reduction measures
• Inventory control: Maintain current stock & execute minimum purchase requirement
• Any other tasks related to your job as assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
• MBA/ M. Com in Accounts/ Finance/ Banking from any reputed University of Bangladesh.
• Skills Required: Commercial, ExportImport through LC, Supply Chain, Trade License

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Purchase/ Procurement, Accounts, Finance.
• Preferred Professional certification: PGDSCM or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
