Job Context:

ACI Premio Plastics is one of the leading plastics manufacturers in Bangladesh. It is looking for a suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for proper VAT compliance.

Principle Accountability:

VAT Documentation Activities:

Received all RM/PM both imported and local through Musak challan/Bill of Entry

Make proper Entry in the Stock Register (Musak -6.1) of received goods

Take rebate in VAT Monthly Return (Musak-9.1) for VAT-able procurement

Prepare Msuak-6.3 challan as per the delivery and make a proper entry in the VAT register

Maintain proper deduction of Stock from the inventory ledger as per Musak-6.3 issued

Finished goods Record in stock Register (Musak-6.2) and maintain proper inventory

Prepare & Submit a Co-efficient declaration (Musak-4.3) as per New Product or Price Change

Preparation of Monthly return (Musak-9.1) for every Month within next 15th

Prepare all documentation for all kinds of Toll Manufacturing

Received RM & PM from brand owner (Toll) with Musak-6.5 and return with same Musak-6.5 by toll manufacturer

Issue Credit Note for any FG return from Dealer or Market

Make Proper Adjustment in VAT return and Stock Register for Issued Credit note

Maintain Proper Stock as per Physical Inventory and VAT Records with the Inventory System

Law Compliance

Check all Musak challan and Bill of Entry to meet law compliance and get rebate within the stipulated time

Check FG cost to comply with Price Approval, otherwise, a new Co-efficient declaration should be submitted

Have to comply with section 46 to get the rebate.

Keep liaison and compliance with the requirement of VAT circle and Division

Getting rebate on Service confirming the items is mentioned in the Price Approval

VAT Monitoring

Check day-to-day Depot VAT activities

Ensure 100% rebate taken & VAT payment

Make proper Entries in the Musak Register for all VAT activities

Every delivery should conform with Proper VAT Challan, without VAT Challan no delivery will be conducted.

VAT Authority

Submit Price Approval as per the instruction by the reporting authority

Maintain liaison with VAT authority for smooth VAT operation and report to supervisor on time

Prepare Audit report as per the prescribed format and requirement by the audit team.
