Fashion Designer
Job Responsibilities
- Able to conduct trend research
- Can create, and design tech-pack for development merchandisers
- Able to source trims, embellishments, embroidery, print and apply them to products
- Work for international brands; with excellent aesthetics & taste
- Participation at denim fairs, Denim by Premiere vision, Kingpins
- Able to follow the aesthetics of leading US, European, UK denim brands

- Age 27 to 40 years

- 5+ years of experience in denim wash/design/development and Management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with a continuous desire to learn and grow.
- Flexible and agile learner able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver able to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively.
- Ability to utilize technical expertise to level-set expectations.
- Strong ability to drive differing viewpoints to consensus.
- Influence senior team members by providing clear, complete information.
- Working knowledge of garment manufacturing process.
- Advanced Knowledge of denim fabrics.
- Knowledge of wet & dry denim laundry processing.
- Shade band approval experience is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems such as Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word & Excel
