Responsibilities & Context
Assist to HOD for the planning and budgeting for the department
Provide administrative support, logistic support to all the team members
Support to procure the equipment/materials and preserve all procurement related papers
Coordinate workshop/training events as required and provide support for related work
Keep all reports filed systematically in both electronic and hardcopy formats
Analyse the different reports and compile the report and submit it to management as per requirement
Ensure all project administrative activities are coordinated effectively
Coordinate meeting arrangements, including informing team members, booking meeting rooms and keeping management/staff calendars updated
Record and prepare meeting minutes and share with the team member
Review supplier contracts and contracts for terms and conditions
Coordinate and correspondence within the BRAC offices and outside BRAC offices
