Ophthalmic Patient Counselor

• Ensure special service to all OT Patients
• Motivate & Proper counseling to all OPD & IPD Patients
• Monitor Cabin Nurses Duty for OT patients
• Daily Task Distribution of all counselors ,monitoring Target of OT Patients and task quality of team members.
• Preparing Roster of team members
• Collect customers (Patients)feedback, increase Facebook liking, Videography of surgical patients(Phaco / Lasik)
• Perform multitasking job duties in under pressure
• Receive and make call to the customers Conducting training for new joiners in counseling Dept. when required
• Leading,Guiding,and overall management of the team members of the self-assigned dept.

Full-time

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• At Least Business Graduate/Science Graduate preferably completed from DU, NSU, RU, CU, SUST with minimum working experience in any World Class Eye Hospital/ General Hospital/ Any Multinational Pharmaceutical Company as Marketing Executive/ Business Development Executive for 5 years and Definitely experienced in convincing patients for OPD, IPD, OT services .He has to lead a team of Ophthalmic Counselors and maintain their Duty Roster routinely
• University of Dhaka students will get preference
• Preferred Professional Certification: Patient Psychology,Motivation,Marketing
• Training/Trade Course: Marketing Training,Patient Counseling course
• Skills Required: Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Customer relationship, Customer Service
