Officer - Resource Mobilization

Job Context

Job Location: Country Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Report to: Head of Resource Mobilization, Communication and Donor Coordination

Tenure of Services Contract: 02 Years. May be extended based on satisfactory performance and availability of fund.

Working Conditions: The position will be Country Office based but required to field visit minimum 20% of working time.

Educational Requirements

Master's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Experience:

Minimum two (02) years of relevant work experience, preferably in resources for education and community development program.

Knowledge of fundraising information sources, proven experience with proposal writing for institutional donors, Proven track record of institutional donors, Excellent communication skills both oral and written, Financial skills including budget development, and monitoring of spend across award portfolio, Experience in program development and reporting. Have knowledge on different stakeholders [NGO/INGO/Innovation/Govt.] working in various sectors of development field.

Language and Skills:

Position requires both English and Bangla at advance level.

Advance command in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Mail Communication.

Monthly Gross Salary BDT 51,457 (Taka fifty-one thousand four hundred and fifty-seven only).
