Senior Designer - Design Studio (Export-Knit Garments)

Responsibilities & Context

Creating an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) Proficient in Adobe illustrator/ Illustrator.

Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.

Identifying seasonal colors, fabrics and select prints etc and able to translate into commercial designs.

Planning and developing Ranges.

Has to create Moodboards before starting a new season.

Maintaining proper communication for design & style development purposes with Marketing & Merchandising team.

Own design based Sampling follow up from the start to the final stage.

Has to keep proper communication with Buyer and brand designer.
