Deputy Manager/ Manager (Brand Communication)

Job Context:

The Deputy Manager/Manager in Brand Communication is responsible for developing and implementing brand communication strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing creative campaigns, managing brand consistency, and ensuring effective communication across various channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and senior management teams to develop and refine the brand's communication strategy.

Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all communication channels and touchpoints.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors' branding efforts.

Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience and reinforce the brand's identity.

Work closely with creative teams (designers, copywriters, content creators) to develop compelling visuals, content, and storytelling elements for campaigns.

Create and review engaging and persuasive content for various communication channels, such as social media, website, print materials, and press releases.

Ensure all content maintains brand voice, style, and consistency.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and mentions for the brand.

Draft and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews.

Manage the brand's online presence, including social media platforms, by developing and executing content calendars and engagement strategies.

Monitor online conversations and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of brand messaging across the organization.

Provide brand guidelines and training to employees to ensure consistent representation of the brand.

Monitor and analyze the performance of brand communication efforts using relevant metrics and analytics tools.

Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.

Assist in creating and managing budgets for brand communication initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
