Call Center Agent

Responsibilities & Context

To respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

To address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

To Assist in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials.

To maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

To support the customer service team in resolving client issues.

Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Education

Higher Secondary

Bachelor/Honors

Experience

At least 1 year

Additional Requirements

Age 21 to 28 years

Non Muslim Candidates will get preference.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good oral communication skills.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

Willingness to work under pressure.
