Software Test Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Setting up test environments, developing test plans and executing test cases
- Running tests in multiple environments
- Identify, document and track software defects using defect tracking system
- Automation: Test script development and maintenance periodically
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Should have good knowledge on software engineering and testing process
- Interest on manual & automated test verification
- Requires strong knowledge between SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge on test management tool
- Ability to think out of box and have passion about bug findings
- ISTQB certification or related training would be a plus
- Enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated person
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholder in English
- Has good knowledge at least in one programming language.
- Proficient knowledge on python would be added advantages
- Stay updated with industry best practices and tools and contribute to improving the testing process within the organization
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Ability to have keen eye on attention to detail to track smaller changes
