Head of HR and Admin

Job Responsibilities

Lead every wings of the HR and Admin department efficiently

Handle HR and Compliance issues for all concerns under the group.

Developing and administering full extent of Core HR functions which includes strategic HRM.

Prepare and execute HR related Policies, plan, budgets etc for the development of

companies' human resources.

Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human

resource policies and procedures

Initiate measures to foster a high-performance culture, followed by working on policies,

SOPs, Succession Planning, Talent Management and Employees Career Management.

Development and implement performance improvement initiatives for the employees

including KPI and new "Behavioral" and "Functional" competency framework.

Lead and direct human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service at desired level.

Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization in consultation with

department heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems.

Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as

required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.

Supervise and manage employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and

other related activities.

Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up works.

Educational Requirements

Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Professional Certification like PGDHRM from BIM will give added advantage

Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Skills Required: HRIS,HRIS/ HR Database Management,Human Resource Management,Labor Law,Performance & Career Management,Recruitment & Selection,Training & Development

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 year(s)
