Assistant Executive – Vehicle Tracking System, Cement Sector
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up vehicle movement through VTS.
- Monitor and maintain database of vehicles, drivers and attendants.
- Provide different reports by using VTS software.
- Provides reports to the line manager time to time.
- Download different data of vehicle movement and accordingly analyze the same.
- Informing Departmental Head regarding any unusual vehicle movement.
- Maintain daily trip register, logbook and transport bill to comply with the legal and business requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports on vehicle utilization & maintenance.

- 2 to 3 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
- Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
