Delivery Vehicle Management Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Shifting duty support of company vehicles operation.
- Always being active on mobile phone and Viber/WhatsApp to solve any transportation related issue.
- To verify vehicle maintenance requirement, work order issue & follow-up vehicle during under maintenance, to coordinate with automobile maintenance section.
- Schedule distribution, create diesel & general item move order.
- Suitable road planning for company own vehicle trip & cost saving.
- Ensure attendance of driver, helper checking attendance punch & tour.
- Load/unload related problem solving.
- Justify & prepare company own vehicle's monthly bill.
- Maintain & monitoring:
- a. Monitoring all driver, helper with vehicle's movement by checking VTS device.
- b. Maintain delivery vehicle operation according to HRM, Administration, EHS policies and department internal rules.
- Communication: To communicate with police, administrative concern, customs, Ferry ghat concern, bridge toll plaza concern, local dealer, distribution team, plaza manager & others concern persons to solve company own vehicle related issue.
- Company delivery vehicle accidental issue facing & necessary steps taking to solve.
- Visit parking at several time.
- Any other task assigned by In-charge.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 year(s)
