Technician- HVAC (Maintenance)

Responsibilities & Context

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of "Technician- HVAC (Maintenance)".

Responsibilities:

Carries out planned (preventive, predictive, routine and breakdown) maintenance activities on HVAC system by set plans and standard procedures.

Perform regular servicing & maintenance work on HVAC system ( VRF AC, Split type AC, Precision AC, Dehumidifier, Industrial Chiller, Fresh Air Duct, Refrigerator and Industrial Ventilation) units.

Responsible maintenance technicians for installation, repair, troubleshoots, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on HVAC system.

Receives work orders from supervisor/Engineer and reviews equipment maintenance history.

Prepares required work permit(s) and liaises with operations to release equipment.

Repairs or replaces damaged parts and reassembles HVAC’s equipment.

Able to find out leakages and perform required welding.

Able to recharge gas and have clear idea regarding refrigeration gases.

Tests to ensure operability and reports activities to supervisor/Engineer.
