Job Responsibilities
Review, develop, implement and evaluate the organization's HR Strategy across the Hospital Management;
Managing all HR related functional activities of the Hospitals, which includes manpower planning, advertising recruitment & selecting, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, succession planning and maintaining of HR database system;
Monitor & ensure strict compliance with all HR and Admin related policies and procedures;
Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities;
Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures;
Arrange & coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned;
Any others responsibilities to be assigned time to time by the management.

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management;
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will get preference;
Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age at most 45 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Candidates having working experience in Corporate Level Hospital will get preference;
Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law;
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills;
Must have computer literacy having reasonable typing speed in Bengali and English;
Strong Analytical Ability.
