Job Responsibilities
Manage and control over employee expenditure, recruitment and salary expenses.
Responsible for ensuring employee’s training process and service quality consumers.
Ensure HR policies and planning are implemented comprehensively including Staffing,Training,Development,Performance Management,Compensation and Benefit Management, HR rules and regulation.
Manage all HR related documentation, letters, and files.
Handle and respond to employees’ issue.
Creating motivational and recreational activities for employees.

Additional Requirements
Age 27 to 36 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Able to write and speak English fluently, use English as the working language;
Having working experience in financial industry, Fintech is preferred.
Strong in recruitment and Generalist HR Matters.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
Have good communication and coordination ability, coordinate and communicate with various departments.
