Accounts Officer (Fixed Asset)

Responsibilities & Context

Posting new fixed asset in oracle from Asset Clearing Report.

Checking Asset Clearance of out / resigned employees.

Transferring asset from user to user in Oracle.

Providing updated asset report to audit & insurance section for audit & insurance related for audit & insurance related works.

Physical Verification and Reconciliation of Fixed Assets.

Reconciling fixed asset records to the general ledger and financial statements.

Fixed Asset monitoring & updating in software.

Any Others task as per order In-Charge.

Education

BBA/BBS/BCom/BA from any reputed University.

Masters degree will get preference.

Any professional certification on Fixed Asset will add value.

Experience

At least 3 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years

Must have good command on computer.

Completed computer operator course will add advantage.

Solid experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI etc.

Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal control system etc.

Should have competency with Oracle ERP software-based accounting system.
