Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email

Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

Good communication skills (English)

The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills

Experience in international customer support/call centre is a plus

Should be flexible for shifts (females will be given priority for morning timings)
