Digital Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

a) Create effective digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives.

b) Understand the digital marketing landscape and identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

c) Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

d) Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

e) Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

f) Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms, including Google PPC, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

g) Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns to improve ad performance and maximize ROI.

h) Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

i) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.

j) Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and strategies.

k) Provide regular performance reports and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

l) Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features to leverage for advertising campaigns.

m) -Develop and implement strategic lead generation campaigns specifically targeting B2B and SaaS products, utilizing a mix of digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO.

n) Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI and continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.

o) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B and SaaS lead generation to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

2. Team Management

a) Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

b) Set goals of every individual in digital marketing team, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

c) Effective communication, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques are essential for success in this role.

d) Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

3. SEO and SEM:

a) Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.

b) Manage PPC campaigns (SEM) across search engines and social media platforms.

4. Content Creation and Management:

a) Collaborate with content creator to produce relevant and engaging content for blogs, videos, and social media posts.

b) Manage content calendars and ensure a steady stream of content across channels.

5. Social Media Marketing:

a) Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

b) Analyze social media insights to guide future campaigns.

6. Email Marketing:

a) Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.

b) Segment emails lists and personalize emails to target different audiences effectively.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

a) Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.

b) Prepare and present reports on the progress of campaigns, including ROI analysis.

8. Customer Engagement:

a) Engage with the online community and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
