Responsibilities
•Prepare commissions for timely disbursement to the sales force.
•Ensure timely commission payment is processed and statement MIS are shared with branches.
•Pro-actively provide timely and useful information to sales force to facilitate achievement of sales targets.
•Facilitation to branches pan Pakistan related to the queries raised, guide them with the solutions.
•Actively taking part in the system development in terms of Agency processes related to Commissions.
•Monitoring the CoreApp+ related issues and resolving IT errors in coordination with IT.
